Wet Mix Macadam Plant

The ASHITECH® brand wet mix macadam plant also serves as benchmark in this type of plants manufactured anywhere in india due to the technology that ashitech has been using and also the build quality that the brand has been providing throughout the years. All the Four bins are fitted with individual AC motors and gear box to control and regulate the flow of aggregate from each bin, Gathering conveyor is equipped with scrapper and driven by AC motor. Aggregate from the gathering is feed to the pug mill unit through a slinger conveyor after removing oversize material which is done through the help of primary vibrating screen, The Storage Silo can be offered in the required capacity, as per customer requirement. Silo hopper with hydraulically operated cam shell type facilitate quick discharge of mix material without segregation Twin shaft design for continuous and homogenous mixing of aggregates and additives Extra heavy duty anti friction bearing for smooth function Wear resistant alloy steel for paddle arms and tips for longer life also the shafting used is covered by distant pieces made of the same alloy as of the paddle arm so that the friction is bared by the distant pieces and not by the shafting so that at the time of maintenance the cost saving for customer is done.
