The ABM series plants are supplied with a standard dual stage pollution control system, comprising of a primary cyclonic dust collector and a secondary bag type filter unit for minimized dust emission.

Dryer Unit

The ABM series asphalt plants are renowned for their high efficiency and low maintenance. The drying drums are equipped with flights that have been carried forward from the drum mix plants of the company. These drum mixers are well known for their efficiency and performance for the past 30 years.

 

The drum in the batch mix is enhanced with the roller friction drive technology in order to reduce the maintenance and improve the performance of the dryer so that customers benefit from our high-performance system.

 

The charging conveyor belt is used to do aggregate charging with rubber seal arrangement on dryer drum body to reduce suction of cold air. The drum is equipped with four-wheel drive and features a unique dome shaped air preheat arrangement for suction of hot dust air from dryer drum. This unique design improves thermal efficiency, lowers heat losses, aids power saving, reduces the thermal stresses on the drying drum improving efficiency of the burner. The burner itself is specifically designed for the company in order to meet the certain protocols and the efficiency levels designed by us so that our customers receives the best product.

Tower Unit

In the tower unit, we have the inclined circular motion vibrating screens which contribute to top notch performance. Moreover, the free-floating screen design prevents vibrations from being transferred to the weighing scales. An accessible wide platform eases the maintenance of the screens. Also, the presence of inspection doors on each side of the vibrating screen leads to easy inspection and maintenance of the vibrating screen.

The hot bin unit is equipped with highly efficient low maintenance pneumatic controls with level indicators provided with system integration allow for automatic controls of the aggregate input from cold feeder bins thus minimizing material loss also provided with overflow ducts so that the quality of the batch maintained properly.

The weighing system is also extremely reliable, accurate and maintenance free. These have been incorporated after vast R&D done to develop one of a kind system. These features are unique to this product which is one of the main reason for the success of the machine in such a short time after its introduction.

Control System

Fully computerized air conditioned control cabin, with on-board electrical power control console, distribution switch board, fully automatic Siemens make PLC/ HMI Automation, interlocks and sequence controls are our standard. Introduction of SCADA in order to meet the current requirements and hassle free operation for the customer.

Stationary Bitumen Storage Tank

Bitumen tank made from M. S. plate and thermos coated by galvanized sheet. Fully insulated with 50 mm thick mattress with level indicator, temperature indicator, jacketed pipeline, valves and bitumen pumping unit.

Pollution Control Unit

The ABM series plants are supplied with a standard dual stage pollution control systems, comprising of a primary cyclonic separator and a secondary bag house type filter unit for minimized dust emissions.

Feeder Unit

COLD AGGREGATE BIN FEEDERS :

The bins are all-welded and modular in construction, permitting easy addition of bins to meet growing needs. Steep bin walls and the valley angles allow free flow of aggregates from the feeders minimizing hold up of materials in the corners and bridging with sticky aggregates. The bins have adjustable calibrated gate openings, no flow indicators in control panel for operator acknowledgements and variable speed feeder drives together offer a total proportional control, greater flexibility and accuracy of operations.

Lime Filler

Individual silo with screw conveyor is provided for addition of any material like lime, cement , or dust as required for production.
